Zumbi Cycles

ZUMBI cycles manufactures professional hardcore mountain bike frames and parts for the most demanding. Every ZUMBI product is designed in Myslenice, the mountain bike downhill heartland of Poland.

Zumbi - Zumbi Cycles

Basing on the experience of our main engineer Pawel Matuszynski and top World class riders we bring to life the best, 100% Polish bike equipment for gravity addicted mountain bike enthusiasts. We want to deliver the best frames and parts out there and that’s why every ZUMBI product is manufactured by craftsmen from the aircraft industry who used to work with MIG jet fighters and tested by our riders and designers before getting on the market.

Our philosophy: design simple, use the best materials…back to the roots.

Pawel about ZUMBI: “As the owner and designer of ZUMBI I am an avid DH rider/racer and in my designs I’m trying to accomplish the ultimate ride. I have a masters degree in Engineering. Everything I do is connected with mountains which I love. Besides biking I snowboard, ski and climb. I designed and built my first frame in 2003.

We use the best materials like 7020 Oria tubing, 7075 aluminum, Ti6Al4V titanium and high grade stainless steel. All the frame parts are CNC machined and handwelded at our facility in Poland. Our welders are ex-MIG aircraft welders with over 30 years of experience. We are proud becoming a sponsor of a proffesional racing team this year with top ten World class athletes in DH, 4X and BMX.”
